Currently there are 2900 students and 130 teachers in school. Also we have two caretakers and six clerical employees employed.

The school is divided in 5 departments:
- Faculty for Mechanic and Electric Technology
- Faculty for Economy and Administration
- Faculty for Domestic Sciences
- Faculty for Health and Social Sciences
- Faculty for Craft and Horticulture

The Vocational Training Centre is responsible for tertiary education.
The aim of all classes offered is to qualify students for studies at universities or give them better opportunities in the labour market.
The "average student" stays two or three years (class 11 to 13) in our institution.
We offer apprenticeships in conjunction with companies for a variety of occupations according to the unique German Dual Training Act as well as full time education in five different faculties with a wide range of certificates.
